Trades include the usual ITI trades like Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Mechanic and others. The trade-wise split for each unit is in the notification.
Eligibility
You need 10th pass (with the minimum marks set in the notice) and an ITI certificate in the relevant trade from an NCVT/SCVT institute. Age should be 15 to 24 years for general candidates, with the usual upper-age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and PwBD.
How selection works
There is no written exam and no interview. A merit list is made by taking the average of your 10th percentage and ITI percentage. Shortlisted candidates are called for document verification and a medical check.
Because it is purely on marks, your 10th score matters a lot here. If two candidates have the same ITI marks, the one with better 10th marks goes ahead.
